1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JoinUp (withjoinup.com, the “Platform”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Platform.

2. What JoinUp Is

JoinUp is a three-sided platform that connects Hosts (event organizers), Venues (Merchant partners), and Members (attendees). We provide tools for event publishing, ticketing, venue matching, and revenue splitting. We don’t guarantee the content, safety, or quality of any event itself.

3. Accounts

  • You must register with a real, valid email address.
  • Accounts are non-transferable and cannot be shared.
  • You’re responsible for activity on your account.

4. Tickets & Refunds

  • Confirmed orders are generally non-refundable unless the event is canceled or the host approves a refund.
  • If a host cancels an event, JoinUp automatically issues full refunds.
  • Membership subscriptions are refundable within 7 days of the first purchase.

5. Content

Hosts are responsible for the content of the events they list. JoinUp reserves the right to remove content that is illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful.

6. Acceptable Use

Prohibited: fake bookings, fake events, harassment, illegal content, automated mass account creation, and ticket scalping. Violations may result in account termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JoinUp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous 6 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Major changes will be announced via email or in-product notice. Continued use means you accept the changes.
