What we collect

  • Account info: email, display name, avatar (if you upload one)
  • Activity: events you RSVP to, orders, ticket history
  • Device data: browser, OS, IP address (for security and analytics)
  • Payments: processed by Stripe — we never store full card numbers

How we use it

  • Deliver the service (confirm orders, issue tickets, support)
  • Improve the product (aggregate analytics, not personal)
  • Detect fraud and keep the platform safe
  • Send event reminders and product updates (opt-out anytime)

What we never do

  • Sell your contact information to anyone
  • Share your personal info with hosts or venues without your consent (beyond the minimum needed to attend an event)
  • Use your data to train third-party AI models

Third parties

We use: Supabase (database + auth), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (CDN + DNS). Each has its own privacy policy.

Your rights

  • Download a copy of your data anytime
  • Edit or delete your personal info
  • Delete your account (30 day grace period, then permanent)
  • Unsubscribe from marketing email
